Welcome to Alyn (“Alyn,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your use of alyn.app (the “Site”) and pages such as the Strategy Alignment Audit (/audit). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) What we offer

We help leadership teams turn strategy into week-to-week execution. The Site provides information, a simple estimator/calculator, contact forms, and the ability to request or book a 20-minute Strategy Alignment Audit.

2) Not advice

Site content (including calculator outputs and any briefing you may receive) is for general information only and not legal, financial, or professional advice. You’re responsible for your decisions.

3) Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Site. That includes: violating laws, attempting unauthorized access, introducing malware, interfering with operations, scraping without permission, or sending spam.

4) Forms, scheduling, and accuracy

If you submit a form or book an audit, you confirm your information is accurate and that you’re authorized to share it. We may reschedule or decline requests at our discretion.

5) Calculator estimates

The on-site calculator provides directional estimates only based on simple inputs and assumptions. It is not a guarantee of savings, costs, or revenue impact.

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, with venue in the courts located in San Francisco, California.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
